Our story
Family-run, locally rooted
We started Kidd Property Services because we believe good, honest property maintenance shouldn't be hard to find.
"We treat every property as though it were our own."
Who we are
Kidd Property Services is a family-run business based in the Northern Rivers. We started out with a ute, a mower and a commitment to doing things properly — and that hasn't changed.
We take pride in every job, whether it's a quick lawn tidy or a full garden clean up. Every property gets the same level of care and attention — because we treat your place the way we'd treat our own.
We're locals. We're based in the Northern Rivers and work across the region every day — from residential blocks to acreage, commercial sites and government properties.
What we stand for
Reliability
We show up when we say we will, do what we say we'll do, and leave your property better than we found it.
Honest pricing
No hidden costs, no surprises. We give you a straight quote and stick to it.
Attention to detail
The edges, the corners, the bits others miss — we notice them and we sort them.
Local knowledge
We're based in the Northern Rivers and work here every day. We know the region, the properties, and the kind of work that needs doing.
